To all art lovers we recommend visiting the new big exhibition “DA TIZIANO A VAN DYCK. THE FACE OF ‘500 “at Casa dei Carraresi in the center of Treviso. An incredible journey that goes from the Renaissance to the Mannerism touching the borders of the Baroque.
The exhibition shows 50 works taken from the private collection of Giuseppe Alessandra, one of the largest private collections in the Veneto region. The exhibition highlights the evolution of the Venetian painting from the influence of Bellini and Giorgione, to illustrate the manner of the great Renaissance and Mannerist shops, such as those of Tiziano and the Bassano, up to the new seventeenth-century expressions.
