The most loved aperitif in Treviso is undoubtedly the spritz! The unmissable and typical cocktail served in all the venues of the Veneto has now become a popular ritual to be enjoyed with meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables.

Served with an orange slice and a green olive, the recipe for a glass of spritz is composed of 1/3 of sparkling white wine, 1/3 of sparkling or seltz water and 1/3 of Aperol or Campari.
